LaGrange College Faculty, Staff, and Students may reserve the Corn Auditorium, the Seminar Room, and the Hines Conference Room for college related purposes. Food and drinks are allowed in the Library and must adhere to the Food and Beverage Policy. Technology requests should be included on the reservation form.
Reservations
Reservations must be made via https://lagrange.libcal.com/reserve/classrooms
An email with confirmation or denial will be sent to the requestor within 48 business hours.

External Users
External users may reserve the Corn Auditorium, the Seminar Room, and the Hines Conference Room. All room reservations requested by external users are subject to approval by the Director of the Library and must be submitted to Karen Eley at keley@lagrange.edu. Food and drinks are allowed in the Library and must adhere to the Food and Beverage Policy. External Users are allowed to request technology, however, requests are subject to the approval of the Director of the Library.

Technology use: Laptops, projectors, and other AV equipment are available for room reservations. Technology needs must be denoted when reserving the space.
Study Room Reservations
LaGrange College Students may reserve a study room in the Lewis Library for a block of four (4) hours a day. Each study room has a maximum number of occupants that should be adhered to at all times. Each study room has a dry erase board, computer, table, and chairs. Please do not relocate furniture from one room to another. If you need help with a study room, please visit the Smith Circulation Desk for assistance.
It is the policy of LaGrange College’s Lewis Library that some foods and beverages are allowed in the library, as long as they meet the following requirements:
1. Beverages must have lids on them.
2. Empty containers and wrappers are cleaned up and put into trash cans by patrons.
3. Food is not eaten around computers or other Library electronic devices.
It is the policy of Lewis Library at LaGrange College that children and adolescents (defined as any person who is 15 years of age or younger) of students, faculty, and staff may use the library under the following conditions:
Children and adolescents must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or the spouse of a parent who is a student at LaGrange College or a member of the faculty or staff. Parents, faculty, and staff should be prepared to show their LaGrange College IDs or driver’s license.
Please keep in mind that the resources and materials provided by Lewis Library are selected specifically to support college students and they might be inappropriate for younger patrons.
