Skip to Main ContentLewis Library has 40 laptops available for reservations.
They can be set up prior to your reservation in either the Auditorium, Multi Media Classroom, Seminar Room, or Hines Conference room. Each laptop has internet access, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox. Additionaly, eight of these laptops are avaiable for circulation for staff and students.
Laptops have been used for testing, National History Day, Workshops, courses, training sessions, and more.
When you requests laptops for your reservation, make sure to indicate how many laptops you will need!

We have 3 rooms that are fully equipped to suit your needs and many portable technologies to supplement your class, meeting, or event. See summaries of what is already available in our classroom, auditorium, and media lounge as well as what other technology we offer for in-library use.

The Seminar room (room 304) seats 10 and is located on the 3rd floor.
The Hines Conference room (located on the 2nd floor) seats 5.
Neither of these rooms come equipped with SMART boards or surround sound (sorry!) but check out our list of Portable technologies that can be requested and used in conjuction with these two rooms!
Our Portable SMART board can be used in any room within the library, including the Seminar Room, Hines Conference room, and Media lounge. It works just like the SMART Interactive White Board that we have in our Multimedia classroom, but it's on wheels!
