Laptop computers are available for check-out at the circulation desk. You may have one checked out for 2-weeks.
Headphones
Headphones area available for check-out at the circulation desk by students, for library use only. Ask the attendant at the circ. desk if you would like to check out headphones.

Scannx Book Scan Centers

Scannx Book Scan Center
Scannx is available at Lewis Library. Located by the stairwell on the 2nd floor, it is a great tool for all of document needs. Scannx allows you to save the documents to USB, GoogleDocs, e-mail, or by QR code using a Smart Phone or tablet.

Library Technology

The following technologies are available to you in the library:

Sympodium
The library auditorium is equipped with a large projection screen, computer system and more, all of which are controlled using the Sympodium. Using a stylus, the Sympodium operates like a mini-version of the SMART Board.
ELMO Document Camera
The library has 2 ELMO document cameras, one in the MM Classroom and one in the Auditorium. Use this technology to project papers, notes and handouts to your class.
SMARTboard Interactive White Board
Located in our Multi-Media classroom, the SMARTboard interactive white board can be used upon reserving the Multi-Media classroom for a class or event. Prior training is required before using the SMARTboard.

Preparing for a Presentation

The library has technology that can enhance your presentation. The library recommends that you consult with a librarian regarding possible uses of technology for your presentation. The library staff will provide training in the use of the technology. We want you to be successful! Here's what the library has to offer you for presentation purposes:
